Senior Account Manager (non-sales role)

Main Responsibilities:

  • To build and maintain a long-term partner relationship with the client
  • Strategic management and development of cooperation with the client
  • Responsible for delivering of services and realization of revenue
  • Analysis and financial proposal of implemented projects, evaluation of their performance
  • Performance monitoring, qualitative parameters monitoring
  • Cooperation with both internal and external customers
  • It is not a business role, the purpose is to control the delivery of services and the fulfilment of the financial plan

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced English (in both written and spoken form)
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Orientation in the field of corporate finance
  • Conceptual and analytical skills
